Next week, May 4th-8th, is Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week. Please join us in celebrating the incredible individuals who make such a difference in the lives of our students every day.

Sebastopol Union teachers and staff go above and beyond. They don’t just teach lessons, but inspire dreams, nurture confidence, and build a warm, supportive community where every child can thrive. We are so fortunate to have such talented, dedicated, and compassionate educators.

Taking just a few minutes to share your appreciation can mean the world to them! Here are a few simple ways you and your child can help show your gratitude:

• Write a heartfelt thank you note or card expressing what you appreciate most.

• Send a quick email sharing a favorite memory or story from the year.

• Create a drawing, poem, or small piece of art to brighten the day.

• Record a short video message saying "thank you" and share how he/she has made a difference.

• Give a hug or high-five and use especially kind words to make a personal connection.

Every kind word and small gesture reminds our staff how much their dedication matters. Let’s come together to celebrate their hard work, creativity, and unwavering commitment to our students!
